How it works

Connect your diary

Sign in with Microsoft once. Set your working hours and the types of appointment you offer, like a mortgage review or a protection chat.

Share your link

Put it in your email signature, on your website, in your renewal emails. Clients only ever see times that are genuinely free.

Turn up to the call

The meeting is in your diary, the client has the Teams link and a reminder, and their answers are waiting in your CRM.

Everything a booking tool does, then the bit after

Your real Outlook diary

Free times come straight from Microsoft 365, so a dentist appointment you added at 7am is already off the page.

No double bookings

Checked again the moment a client presses book. Two people can't take the same slot, even at the same second.

Teams link, every time

Each booking is created in your diary as a Teams meeting with the client invited. Nothing to paste.

Reminders that cut no shows

A reminder the day before with the join link and a one tap way to move it, so the slot doesn't go to waste.

Clients move it themselves

Every email carries a link to reschedule or cancel. Your diary updates, nobody has to ring the office.

Round robin across the team

One link for the firm. Bookings go to whoever's free, weighted to the adviser with the lightest week.

Your firm's name on it

Your logo, your colour, emails from your firm. Clients see you, not us.

A booked meeting. A case in motion.

DiaryPath plugs into the platforms you already use, so the details a client gives once go everywhere they're needed.

Nexus CRM

The lead is already there

Each booking creates or updates the client in Nexus, with the appointment and their answers on the record.

My Customer Portal

The fact find goes out with it

Attach your portal link to an appointment type and the client gets it in their confirmation, so the call starts with the detail in.

RenewPath

Renewals book themselves

Drop your DiaryPath link into renewal outreach and clients coming off their rate pick a review slot straight from the email.

Questions brokers ask

Does it work with Outlook and Microsoft 365?

Yes, it's built for it. Each adviser connects their own Microsoft 365 account once. DiaryPath reads when they're busy and writes bookings back in as Teams meetings. Google Calendar support is on the way.

What happens if I add something to my diary after the link goes out?

It's picked up straight away. Free times are worked out from your live diary every time a client opens the page, and checked again when they book.

Can clients book with a specific adviser?

Both ways. Each adviser has their own link, and the firm has one link that shares bookings across everyone who takes that type of appointment.

Can I ask clients questions when they book?

Yes. Add your own questions to each appointment type, such as what they're looking to do or the property value, and the answers land in the booking and in the diary entry.

How does it link to my CRM?

Every booking, move and cancellation can be sent to your CRM the moment it happens. It works with Nexus CRM, and with anything that accepts a webhook, including Make.

Can I put it on my own website?

Yes. Link to your booking page from a button, or embed it in a page on your site.

Your diary, working harder.
